During Part 1 of My Favourite Grooves, we focussed mostly on grooves that I have learned over the years from many influential recordings and performances. In Part 2, we will spend some time learning some of my own grooves I have composed for my own use and that I have recorded over the years. For anyone that has listened to NUA’s records, you will recognize some of the grooves and will have a chance to learn the sticking to perhaps one of your favourite NUA tunes!
