Every player has or begins to have several grooves and licks that are their go-to or favourite things to throw in their accompaniment, drum solo, or when they’re just having fun. For this workshop I would like to teach a handful of my favourite grooves and licks that I have compiled over the years. As we all learn and re-use things, we have learned from players that influence us, many of these can be used in your own playing or modified to your liking. You have my permission to “steal” them!
